To say 2020 was an unusual year would be an understatement...
Between closing the doors of our Pet Adoption Center, switching to an online & appointment-based adoptions process, and having many of our staff and volunteers quarantined at home, we've faced curve balls at every turn. But the needs of NC's homeless pets and our local community never slowed down, and neither did we! Despite the challenging set of new obstacles we faced together this past year, your support allowed us to continue saving lives and making a difference for pets and people alike.
Every single pet rescued & adopted, spay/neuter surgery completed, and call for help answered is a success story in its own right and a huge step closer toward the humane future we envision for our community. We will never cease to be amazed at what we can accomplish together. To everyone who donated, volunteered, fostered, adopted, and advocated - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn't do any of this without you!
