Adopt a Dog
The SPCA Pet Adoption Center is open to visitors every day from 11am-6pm! Please note we now use a paperless, appointment-based adoption process for your convenience. You can now automatically place a pet on hold — wherever you are — by using our online adoption survey.
Step 1: Submit an adoption survey
Use the Specific Pet survey to put a particular pet on hold for you, or use the General Process survey to get a head start as you look for your match.
Step 2: Schedule your appointment
Learn more about the pet you’re interested in and continue with the adoption process, or sit down and discuss what you’re looking for so we can find you a great match.
Step 3: Finalize your adoption!
Once you’ve met the pet at your appointment and signed the papers, it's official! Your new best friend will be ready to go home with you right away.

Featured Pet: TURBO
Turbo is an adorable, fun-loving overgrown puppy! This 5-year-old boy has a zest for life and will endlessly amuse you with his zoomies, play time, and cuddles. Turbo has spent time at the shelter and in foster care, and the difference is night and day. Being at the shelter is really stressful for him, and he can get overwhelmed and act out. But as soon as he went to a foster home, he mellowed out and was a very well-behaved boy. Turbo has gotten along with other dogs (as long as it's the right personality match) as well as kids. He is housetrained and very smart! Turbo would love to leave the shelter life behind him for good so he can be somebody's best buddy and let the stress of shelter life become a distant memory.
