About This Clinic

The Saving Lives Spay/Neuter Clinic is a low-cost clinic. Our reduced prices are made possible thanks to public donations so we can provide financially accessible spay/neuter for anyone who needs it. Our goal is to improve your pet's overall health, prevent unwanted litters, and take major strides to reduce pet overpopulation in our community.

Base prices for spay/neuter surgery range from $50-$165+ depending on your pet's species, gender, and other needs (see below for a full breakdown of pricing). Additional services such as vaccines, microchips, and other testing are available for an additional (reduced) fee.

Appointment Scheduling

SERVICES & FEES: 
CATS - SPAY/NEUTER
$85 – female cats
$50 – male cats
$50 – all feral/community cats
Age/Weight Requirements:
Must be over 4 months old and at least 3 lbs.
All female cats should remain with their kittens for a minimum of 8 weeks after birth.  Surgery will not be performed prior to 8 weeks post-partum.
All feral/community cats must have an appointment scheduled prior to trapping. 
CATS - included with each surgery:
• Pain injection
• Rabies vaccine
• Distemper (FVRCP) combo vaccine
• Nail trim (not advised for outdoor cats)
• Ear tip for feral/community cats (required)
CATS - optional services*:
• Microchip ID – ($20) includes lifetime registration
• FIV/FeLV test ($25)
• FeLV vaccine ($20)
• E-collar ($10)
• Revolution Plus® – monthly topical to prevent fleas, heartworms & ear mites* ($15 per dose)
• Profender -- Topical dewormer (round, hook & tapeworms)  ($20)

CATS - INTAKE/DISCHARGE
Intake at 8:00 am, discharge at 3:15 pm
Feral/community cats MUST arrive/leave in a trap and cannot be transferred from carrier to trap in the parking lot.
DOGS – SPAY/NEUTER:
$135 – female dogs 50 lbs and under
$135 – male dogs 59 lbs and under
Age/Weight Requirements:
Must be over 4 months old and at least 3 lbs.
DOGS - Included with each dog surgery:
• Pain injection & medication
• Rabies vaccine
• Distemper/parvo combo vaccine
• Nail Trim
DOGS - optional services*:
• Microchip ID – ($20) includes lifetime registration
• Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine ($20)
• Heartworm Test – for dogs 6 months and older ($25)
• TriHeart Plus – monthly oral heartworm and parasite preventative  ($10 per dose)
• E-Collar  ($15)
• Vectra 3D – monthly topical flea/tick preventative  ($15 per dose)
DOGS – INTAKE/DISCHARGE:
Intake at 8:30 am, discharge at 2:45 pm
