Mutts & Marshmallows

Before you even know it, its going to be time once again to greet the New Year with a fun run with friends (on two legs and four) at the Mutts & Marshmallows!

Last year the event sold out with hundreds of people joining Fit & Able Productions to support the SPCA of Wake County. This year the race is capped at 850 so sign up quick to save your spot!

As always everyone who finishes the race gets a great mug, all the hot chocolate they can drink, and proceeds from the doggie dash (register you dog to run with you for just $10!) go to support the SPCA of Wake County.

There are 4 races to choose from! The signature event is the 5K Doggie Dash (run with your dog!) but there’s also a regular 5K, 8K, and 1 Mile fun run. The Mutts & Marshmallows is also the first race of Fit & Able’s 2020 Free-for-All Race Series.

Fit & Able loves family fitness and whose four-legged furry friend isn’t part of the family? Dog owners are welcome to run with their pups in the Doggie Dash 5K! For only $10 per dog it will be happy trails for both runners and their dogs. AND, the full $10 dog sign up fee goes to support the SPCA of Wake County!

RRCA Rules: Dogs may not participate in the regular 5K, 8K, or 1 Mile races; children 12 & under may not participate in the Doggie Dash 5K.
