Use the Specific Pet survey to put your chosen pet on hold.

When submitting your survey, you'll be asked to self-schedule a 30-minute appointment with our Adoption team (by phone or in person). Appointments can only be scheduled same-day or for the following day. Since event appointments may fill up quickly, we recommend submitting your survey the day prior to your planned visit in order to lock in your appointment time.

During your self-scheduled appointment, you'll speak with our Adoption team to learn more about the pet you’re interested in—and have a chance to meet the pet if you haven't already!

Then all that's left is to sign the papers, and it's official! Your new best friend will be ready to go home with you right away.

If you'd prefer to meet multiple pets during the event in order to decide, the General Process survey is for you!

With your appointment out of the way, you don't have to worry about event appointments filling up. You can simply come to the event at your convenience to meet all the pets up for adoption.

Once you've found your match, it's a breeze—just return to the Adoption survey and select "choose a pet as an on file adopter"!
