Board of Directors

SPCA Wake's Board of Directors is comprised of skilled and knowledgable community members from a variety of backgrounds who act as a governing body for our organization (a 501(c)3 nonprofit). Our Board members are critical to our success as a community-funded nonprofit. The purpose of the Board is to provide oversight, develop mission-related strategy and policies, and ensure financial and legal accountability for the organization.
