Home Adopting Network

Since you can’t visit the pets, we’re bringing the pets to you! Yes, we are broadcasting SPCA adoptable pets to you via Facebook live stream. At 2:00 PM, an SPCA staff member will tour the adoption center meeting with each adoptable pet.

Essentially, SPCA Wake is creating a version of the Home Shopping Network, called the Home Adopting Network while the adoption center is closed to the public, to curb the spread of COVID-19. Potential adopters will be able to communicate directly with the camera operator, asking questions about specific pets, requesting belly rubs, or deliver treats on the viewer’s behalf.
