Adopt a Dog
The SPCA Pet Adoption Center is now open for public visits! Please note we have recently updated to a new & improved paperless, appointment-based adoption process for your convenience. You can now automatically place a pet on hold — wherever you are — by using our electronic adoption survey.
Step 1: Submit an adoption survey
Use the Specific Pet survey to put a particular pet on hold for you, or use the General Process survey to get a head start as you look for your match.
Step 2: Schedule your appointment
Learn more about the pet you’re interested in and continue with the adoption process, or sit down and discuss what you’re looking for so we can find you a great match.
Step 3: Finalize your adoption!
Once you’ve met the pet at your appointment and signed the papers, it's official! Your new best friend will be ready to go home with you right away.
All of our adoptable dogs and puppies can be viewed below. This list is updated every hour, so keep an eye on it to see who's available and who's adopted!

Beep beep, adventure comin' through!
Walter is a big boy with lots of love to give! He is very friendly (sometimes a bit *too* friendly!), and he tends to underestimate his size so he hopes you're ready for a bundle of bounces and fun headin' right for you! He enjoys playing with his toys, napping in his bed, and getting plenty of belly rubs. He’s a smart boy who already knows how to sit for treats and dinner and he can also lay down on command. If you’re looking for a handsome guy with tons of energy and lots of potential to learn and grow, he's the one for you!
