This 60 minute hot flow yoga class is for all levels. With a class temp of 105 degrees, this class is designed to learn proper alignment and breath. It is a whole body strengthening practice that includes sun salutations, standing postures, simple arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and basic inversions.
BONUS: This is a completely donation based class lead by Chantelle Becker, who volunteers her talent and time to support the SPCA and 110 Yoga who donates the studio. A minimum (cash or check) donation is requested to support homeless and neglected pets at the SPCA of Wake County.
